When Submitting information on a project, the User, at their own discretion, agrees to provide, as a part of the submission process, the following personally identifiable information: “Name”; “Email Address”; and “Phone Number.” When Submitting project information the User agrees to provide this information to the Energy Maps Project, and that the Energy Maps Project has the User’s permission to use the Submitted information to contact the User as necessary to verify the Submission information.
The Energy Maps Project will not publish, sell, or otherwise distribute the personally identifiable information Submitted by the User listed above to any other party.
The Submission of the above listed information by the User constitutes acceptance of this agreement on the part of the User who Submits the information. If the User does not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Website to submit information on a project.

Cookies are files with small amount of data that may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. The Energy Maps Website does not use “cookies” to collect information.
